Check-In/Check-Out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 14:00
Check-Out: 10:00
Late Check-out Hour: 18:00
Late Check-out Fees: 50%
Late check-out (after 10:00 and before 18:00) may result in a fee.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm a reservation, and an advance payment of 30% shall be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior arrival. If the client fails to do so or to release the reservation, the reservation will be released and cancellation fees are applicable.

b)Between 14 and 29 days of arrival –50%
c)Less than 48 hrs to 13 days (including no-show) –100%
